Treatment Description

35-40 minutes.  Hand reflexology can be used if there is injury or pain in the foot or as a stand alone treatment. 

 

Afterall, not everyone likes having their feet touched!

This treatment is beautiful and relaxing and will leave you feeling destressed.  I will cover all reflexes and incorporate relaxation techniques during this treatment and discuss any findings with you afterwards.  It's amazing how much stress can be released by having reflexology on your hands.
